If You:
- Have or qualify for Medicaid
- Are 21 or older
- Require In-Home assistance with day-to-day activities

Enrolling in the program is 100% FREE and pays your chosen caregiver for their service. You train them and set their schedule. The NY State government also covers the costs of home care for patients that are financially and clinically eligible. So even if you don’t qualify for the program, you may still be able to get great in-home care from one of our home health aides.
