You Are Eligible
For CDPAP If You:
- Have or qualify for Medicaid
- Are 21 or older
- Require In-Home assistance with
day-to-day activities

Enrolling in CDPAP is 100% FREE and pays your chosen caregiver for their service. You train them and set their schedule. The NY State government also covers the costs of home care for patients that are financially and clinically eligible.
